If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within five days of the delivery of your item. We promise to handle your order and concerns with the utmost care. Refunds are only available for orders that have not been delivered.
Please contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery date if you need to cancel your order.
Billing Terms & Conditions
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Unless credit terms have been arranged in advance, all orders must be paid in advance before delivery (or at the time of pick up).
Delivery fees will be calculated based on the recipient's zip code and the level of service requested. All orders are subject to the relevant state and local sales taxes. Taxes and delivery fees will be calculated and clearly displayed during checkout, and prior to payment, for your approval.
