Peonies should be placed in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Peonies often arrive in bud stage and open fully after delivery to your recipient. The open blossoms can be fragile and shatter if mishandled so give them space and move them only as necessary.

- Our floral design studio will fulfill your order as closely as possible to your selection depending on availability of inventory. If the exact flowers or container you have selected are not available, your florist will substitute only items of equal or higher value to create a bouquet with the freshest available flowers.
- Every order we make is personally hand-delivered by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
- If you choose same-day delivery, be sure to place your order before 1:00 PM Monday through Friday, or by 11:00 AM on Saturday in the recipient’s time zone. Please note that same-day delivery might not be available during peak holiday times or in certain weather conditions.
